Breakfast Fruit or Meat?
While working, I usually eat a couple pieces of fruit.
It is an easy way to break the fast in the morning. It usually takes me several hours after I am up in the morning for my stomach to wake up.
I watched a report on the Today Show that basically said I should add protein to my breakfast. They said it wakes your body to up to start burning calories, and that it will keep your body in the calorie burning mode all day long.
I always thought that a big protein breakfast is a bad way to start the day. I like saving my protein intake and calories for later in the day, such as a good steak or chicken dinner. Hey that’s an idea since a chicken comes from an egg….maybe a chicken and egg biscuit for breakfast would be perfect.
