Good Luck Hurricane Fish Burgers?

While watching the game last night, I decided to try a frozen salmon burger.  I usually opt for beef, but we bought some salmon burger because my daughter enjoys salmon.

These were pre-formed patties from wild caught Alaskan salmon.  I put one in the toaster oven during the first period while the Hurricanes trailed 0-1.   When it was cooked, I fixed it up like a regular burger: cheese, pickles, lettuce, I wanted a tomato; but we were out.  I put ketchup on the burger; but since it was fish, I added a bit of horseradish to give it a cocktail sauce kick.

I tell you, I really enjoyed that burger and I got all those Omega-3 oils or whatever it is that’s supposed to be good for you.

Even more interesting is that while I was enjoying the burger, the Hurricanes got a goal and well you know the rest, they won in overtime!

Hmmm, the Canes won; maybe I should keep the mojo going and enjoy a salmon burger Monday night when I watch the Canes next game against a fish eating bird; the Penguins.  Go Canes.
